GoLive set out to create an easy-to-use text messaging platform for the mobile health community that could be integrated in hours, not months. What we ended up with was an omnichannel solution that is redefining the way multiple industries communicate with their clients and internal team.

  • 2007

    Verx Communication started in California to support cooperate clients by Chris Baggett and a partner

  • 2008

    Chris Baggett acquires Verx, renames GoLiveSMS; moved company to Seattle

  • 2010

    First large scale Enterprise Customer, United Health Care, acquired by GoLive

  • 2012

    Moved the business to Jacksonville, continued growth, and success

  • 2014

    GoLive platform redesigned, built and put into production, volumes exceeded 50,000 per month

  • 2016

    Continued growth of Enterprise Level Customers, volumes exceeded 250,000 per month

  • 2018

    Continued growth of Enterprise Level Customers, volumes exceeded 700,000 per month

  • 2020

    Continued growth of Enterprise Level Customers, doubled our size, volumes exceeded 2,000,000 per month. Increased staff to include a director of marketing, a COO and an office/technical support person. Updated the GoLive Platform to accommodate the growth and increased customer requirements.
